Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich

Preheat the oven to 425 F. Put buttermilk biscuits onto a baking sheet. Add slivers of butter on top of biscuits and warm them in the oven for 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook your breaded chicken patties as per the packaging instructions (we like an air fryer at 400F for 10-12 minutes).

Mix honey and salted butter into a bowl to make honey butter.

- When the biscuits are done, cut them in half. Spread honey butter on the bottoms. Add fried chicken breast. Finish off the sandwich with the biscuit top. Brush the tops with more butter or leave as is. Enjoy!
