We do expect our biscuits to have a shorter shelf life than our other products due to their moisture content and only using natural preservatives, so we recommend eating upon receiving or freezing them immediately upon arrival for up to 4 months. Allow to reach room temperature before eating for the fresh, fluffy taste you expect from Hero Bread.
We recommend 5-6 minutes in a 425F oven for the perfect warm biscuit, with a crisped outer and soft center.

Both the Hero Bread™ Buttermilk Biscuit and Hero Bread™ Cheddar Biscuit include buttermilk to produce the tender, fluffy texture of a satisfying biscuit. The Hero Bread™ Buttermilk Biscuit delivers a richer buttermilk flavor that works in a variety of meals (we love them with jam or as the base for biscuits and gravy!). Each biscuit has the signature flaky crust that was the hallmark of a multi-generational breaking of bread at a family gathering.

Each box of Hero Bread™ Buttermilk Biscuit contains 12 individual biscuits.
Biscuits are 2-2.5 inches wide and 1-1.25 inches tall and weight between 60-62 grams. Our artisan biscuits are handmade; individual biscuits will vary in shape and color.
