Roast or broil poblano pepper in advance. Once charred, peel and dice the pepper.

Combine ground turkey with spices, diced poblano pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into burger patties with a depression in the center.

Grill the burgers in a grill pan or cast iron skillet. Add pepper jack cheese after flipping the burgers so it can melt.

Toast the buns. Spread the bun bottom with guacamole. Add turkey burger with cheese and tomato slices. Spread chipotle mayo and finish with the bun top. Enjoy!
