Lox Bagel

Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion. Slice the bagel in half and toast both sides.

Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese onto the bagel halves. Add a slice of smoked salmon, cucumber and red onion slices, and a couple capers on top.

Sprinkle some chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
