Slice bagel in half and toast both halves.

Whisk eggs & cottage cheese in a bowl. Heat a slice of butter on a pan.

Pour the egg mixture onto the pan on low temperature. When the egg starts to cook, use a spatula to fold over the egg until it fully cooks and sets.

Place avocado slices on the bagel bottom. Add the egg. Add on the arugula leaves. Finally, add the bagel top. Enjoy!
