1
Saute ground beef. Drain the fat as it cooks. Add taco seasoning with ¼ c water as you cook for 5-10 minutes or until the water evaporates.
2
Warm up tortillas for 15 seconds in the microwave to make them more pliable.
3
Lay one tortilla out. Spread 2 spoonfuls of nacho cheese in the center. Top the cheese with a tostada shell.
4
Spread sour cream on top of the tostada and add beef, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Be sure not to overfill the tortilla or it will be harder to fry. Repeat these steps with the remaining tortillas.
5
Fold the tortilla edges over the center all the way around until it is enclosed. Spray oil to lock the folds down.
6
Use parchment paper to take the crunchwrap and flip over to put in the air fryer basket (seam side down).
7
Air fry at 400 deg for 3-4 minutes or until it is toasted. Continue with the remaining crunchwraps.
8
Slice crunchwraps in half or serve as is. Enjoy!
